Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us at Info@getregel.com within 3 days of delivery. Include your order number, photos of the item, and a brief description of the issue. We will review your request and, if eligible, provide a solution at our discretion.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Re-Gel is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Please ensure your shipping information is correct.
