Tips that make the difference

  • Work in the shade with the surface between 50 and 77°F, and no rain for 24 hours.
  • Prep is everything: wash, lightly scuff with the Scotch-Brite pad, then wipe down with Wax & Grease Remover.
  • Mix 8 parts restorer to 1 part catalyst, and only mix what you'll use in the next few minutes.
  • Lay on a full, even coat. It self-levels, so don't keep going back over it.
  • No buffing and no wiping off. It's dry to the touch in about an hour.
  • Keep it dry for 24 hours, and give it about 4 days to fully cure before launching or washing.
  • Heavy oxidation? Add a second coat after 24 hours on a clean, dry surface.
